PCP Unlimited Policies
PLACING ORDERS:
Orders can be placed by any of the following methods: on our website, by phone, fax, email or mail, you can download an order form by clicking here.
BUYING QUANTITY:
There are no minimum quantity orders; we accept orders of all sizes and quantities. You can contact us by phone or email to receive special pricing for large and/or bulk orders.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit cards Including American Express, MasterCard, visa and Discover Issued by US financial institutions through Paypal secured site.
- Checks or money orders. However, orders will not ship until we are in receipt of payment.
- Purchase orders must be faxed on a company letterhead
SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES:
SHIPPING INFO
We ship via UPS and USPS for most US shipments. Shipping & Handling rates vary per zip code in the US. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from when you place your order.
Next day Saturday delivery is not available but will be delivered on Monday if order is placed before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on Friday. Please call our office beforehand to confirm availability. For orders placed on business days before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard lime, every attempt will be made to ship the same day. Please note that transit times do not Include Weekends.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
UPS and USPS automatically protect every shipment against loss or damage up to a value of US $100.00. You can request additional protection by contacting us. We will not be held responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
BACKORDERS:
Backordered items will ship separately as soon as the Item becomes available.
ITEM SUBSTITUTION:
PCP Unlimited reserves the right to substitute an item that may be out of stock, with an item that is comparable in description and size from another manufacturer.
REQUIRED RX:
The following medical devices require a prescription by an ordering physician prior to shipping item:
- T.E.N.S. Unit
- E.M.S. Unit
- Oxygen Concentrator- RX has to state liter flow
- Nebulizer Machine
- CPAP/BIPAP machine- RX has to state the pressure at which the machine is to set at.
Generally CPAP/BIPAP machines with pressure set at 7cm or above should be accompanied with a heated humidifier.
Accessories do not require prescriptions. Prescriptions can be mailed or faxed to 305 234-6477.
RETURN POLICY:
REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
We inspect and guarantee that all our products are of the highest quality at the time of shipment. Please notify PCP Unlimited within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. If your order arrived damaged. Defective or damaged Items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer’s equivalent model only. PCP Unlimited will send a UPS or USPS Call Tag to pick up the defective product. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and send you a replacement. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise. Misuse or misapplication of Items is beyond our control and will void any warranty, expressed or implied. If your product is malfunctioning you must contact us within 15 days of delivery. After this time PCP Unlimited is no longer responsible, and the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Within 25 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange most Items for a credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee.
To avoid the restocking fee:
a - You may return the product for a store credit towards a future purchase of equal or greater value. Shipping charges do not qualify as a credit.
b - You may exchange the product for another of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for all shipping fees involved.
- TO exchange a product, please order the replacement product(s) and return the original(s) in unused condition.
Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will ship out the replacement product.
- To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories and must be suitable for immediate resale. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is opened, not in its original condition, is damaged or returned more than 25 days after delivery.
- Regrettably, we do not refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part when shipping your order. If your return is the result of our error PCP Unlimited will cover the shipping charges for your returned product.
- We do not accept returns subtotaling less than $20.
- If we shipped your package and it was returned to us, your shipping charges will not be refunded and you will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- If you return an item that was eligible for the free shipping promotion, you will incur the original shipping charge.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, PCP Unlimited reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
- To return an item you must request a return merchandise authorization form. Once you are approved, we will give you an RMA number with instructions on how to return the item,
- No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA numbers.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for processing your return once we receive it.
- Please note that it may take up to 14 days to complete the entire return/refund process.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
- Special order products
- Disposable supplies (neb kits, opened box of test strips, etc.)
CANCELLING ORDERS:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. A $5.00 fee will apply for all canceled orders.
TAXES:
Orders shipped outside of Florida have no tax charge. Orders shipped within Florida will be charged 7.0% sales tax.
CATALOGS & COUPONS:
We currently do not have a catalog. Be sure to check out our website as it is frequently updated with new products. If you are looking for a specific Item and cannot find it on our site, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find it. Some Items not listed on our website can be specially ordered for you.
On occasion we send out promotional emails with discount coupons that you can apply to your next order with us. By creating a Preferred Customer account with us, your email address will receive these promotions automatically.
